RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
Only items that have been purchased directly from AromaFlame can be returned to AromaFlame. AromaFlame products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Items that have been purchased directly through the AromaFlame Case website are eligible for return within seven (7) calendar days from the date the order is delivered. Items must be completely unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Due to the nature of our product any used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
You must receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number from us before your return can be accepted. Shipping for all returns are at the customers’ expense.SALE ITEMS
Sale items, and items utilizing promo code discounts on products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Sale prices also cannot be applied retroactively to purchase.
HOW TO GET AN RMA
Contact us via email at contact@aromaflamevi.com. Let us know the reason for your return and your original order number. If your request is approved you will receive a return authorization number, as well as instructions on returning your merchandise.Please allow two (2) business days for a response.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used on the order and a notification email will be sent to you, minus a mandatory 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not reimbursable and will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds may take up to 30 days after receipt at our fulfillment center. If after 30 days, the refund still has not been received contact the card issuing bank of the payment method used on your order to see why the refund has not posted. If this has been done and there are still questions/concerns regarding your refund, please contact us at contact@aromaflamevi.com.
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift certificate in the amount of the returned product minus shipping charges will be issued in lieu of a refund to the original payment method.
CANCELLATIONSAfter an order is placed we cannot change or cancel your order. Orders that have been sent to fulfillment and / or shipped will be charged for shipping and normal restock fees will apply.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING MERCHANDISE
Please report damaged, defective or missing merchandise no later than five (5) business days of delivery by emailing contact@aromaflamevi.com. Our team will work with you on a timely return and subsequent replacement. Please allow two (2) business days for response.
If your case experiences shipping damage please be sure to keep any and all packaging/boxes/foam received, as it is required for insurance damage claims. Failure to do so can mean denial of insurance claims.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
Covid-19 has presented us with unique challenges, but we're determined to continue supporting our customers while keeping our employees safe. Due to the effects of the closures caused by Covid-19, we are seeing delays in fulfillment and ship times. Please allow extra time for shipping and delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
International Shipping Notice

AromaFlame offers a variety of shipping options including Flat Rate and Expedited services. Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping option selected, and processing time needed to assemble items for shipment.
Delivery estimates are calculated by the number of business days it takes a package to travel from us to your destination address based on the shipping speed you've chosen. Please add 2-5 days for processing and handling. Please note we are not responsible for carrier shipping delays. During sale period the processing time can increase to up to five (5) working days.Please note: expedited shipping times account for the time your package will spend in transit and do not include the time needed for fulfillment and processing.

Shipping Options
You can choose a faster shipping option (Ground, Priority, 3 Day, Overnight*) than our standard, Flat Rate shipping**. Changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not change the processing time, but estimated delivery date should improve (subject to item availability).
To check the status of your order, track the package directly with the shipping provider using the tracking number we sent you at the time the shipment was made.
